CANCELLATION RETURN / REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY


Cancellation

If a customer cancels an order within 1 hour of booking, Nekaraa may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded, but any transaction fee charged by the Bank will be deducted. Please note that Nekaraa may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.

The product details are uploaded by Weavers. These products are very limited in number. Sometimes, these products may be sold locally before the online order is confirmed. In such cases, Nekaraa will inform the buyer that the product is no longer available. This notification might reach buyers after some time. Nekaraa will hold your payment, and only upon confirmation that the product is available for dispatch will the payment be processed.

We strive to respond promptly and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Please note: Products once sold are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed appropriate under exceptional circumstances, solely at the discretion of Nekaraa and as per the guidelines outlined below.

1. I Have Received a Faulty Item


Returns & Damages Policy

At Nekaraa, we take utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not in good condition, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
  • Refund or exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.


Important Guidelines for Receiving Your Order:

  • If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered, please:

       

             

    • Check the product against the invoice before accepting the delivery.
    •        

    • In case of discrepancy, refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt.
    •        

    • File a complaint with the local courier and inform Nekaraa.
    •    


Reporting Issues:

  • If the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, contact support@nekaraa.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must include a clear unboxing video with visible issue details and delivery date.


Return Shipping & Customer Support

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
  • You will receive email confirmation once your return/exchange is processed.

  • Please allow 10 to 12 business days for return or exchange processing.


Nekaraa’s Responsibilities

  • Returned products are inspected. If compliant, corrective action will be taken promptly.
  • If the ordered product is unavailable, customers may choose a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Beyond the stated terms, Nekaraa is not obligated to offer returns, exchanges, or credits. Each case is evaluated individually.


Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
  • Credit processing takes up to 3 business days (or 15 days for COD orders) after receiving the return.
  • It may take an additional 2 business days for credit to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
  • Please check your credit card statement for confirmation.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped or entered into our system.
